The two fields I put my resume for are for health studies, for the first one, and the 2nd being for marketing. The changes that I saw between the original vs the AI were the change in format was the obvious one, but not only that, it made it to make sound better for certain fields, making it more suited for what they might want to hear. I learned prompt engineering is mostly for the points of needing to fit the criteria for what employers want/need in a worker, hence why it is so crucial for you to put what the employer wants to hear instead of random things that don’t benefit you. I have also learned that there are key aspects that AI can twist to make it sound more professional for your resume, making it seem better than how you were doing, especially when it bolds certain aspects to make the employer read that part more than the rest, so that you can stand out.
